At Red Kap, we stand behind the quality of our workwear and offer a 60-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations or fit correctly, we provide a streamlined process for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select your reason for return and generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
